Audit and Risk Management Committee (Standing)

This Committee assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities with respect to financial and risk management matters. As this is a Committee of the Whole, all Board of Directors are members.

Policy Development Advisory Committee (Standing)

This Committee is responsible for maintaining the relevance of Bylaws, Association Position Statements and Board Governance Policies. It ensures adherence to policy processes and supports ongoing updates to maintain current and effective governance frameworks within the organization.
